Imposition of anti-dumping measure on H-Shaped steel products imported from the people’s republic of china the minister of industry and trade

The Minister of  Industry and Trade (MOIT) has issued decision No 2116/QĐ-BCT dated Oct 20, 2020  hereby announce implementation of anti-dumping measure on H-Shaped steel products imported from China

The decision replaces decisions: No 3283/QĐ-BCT dated 21 Aug, 2017, 3299/QĐ-BCT dated 24 Aug, 2017, 527/QĐ-BCT dated 09 Feb, 2018 and 4243/QĐ_BCT dated 12 Nov, 2018.

Anti-dumping measures shall be applied to H-shaped steel products with the

following HS codes as : 7216.33.11, 7216.33.19, 7216.33.90, 7228.70.10, 7228.70.90

and be applied to producers/ exporters which mentioned in the decision and carry out direct or indirect export of the subject merchandise through trade companies to

Vietnam.

This decision will be applied from 25 Oct, 2020 to 05 Sep, 2022 unless it is changed or extended under another decision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
