ACCEPT THE REPLACEMENT C/O

On Dec 03, 2020 GDC issued official letter No. 7658/TCHQ-GSQL regarding

replacement C/O do not show content “The replacement C/O is replaced for

previous  C/O” the General Department of Customs give the guide  the Customs

Departments of provinces and cities to implement as follows:

The replacement C/O can be checked by the customs authorities about the

authenticity on the website of the issuing agency or National single window

system. At the same time, the customs official has enough basis to determine

that the replacement C/O is issued for the imported shipment, then accept the

replacement C/O even though the replacement C/O does not  show the

reference number and the date issue of the previous C/O.
