• Provide agency service of quarantine/request application for relevant agencies
• Provide agency service for confirmation of the identical model and standard customs clearance forecast report application
• Provide exemption agency service for items that qualify for quarantine/requirement exemption
• Communication with relevant authorities and request for authoritative interpretation in case whether item’s qualification for quarantine/requirements and procedures is ambiguous based on interpretation of regulations and statues
