EUR.1 form Vietnam to EU with AB series

from January 01, 2021

According to news in MOIT Vietnam website, EU accepts C/O form EUR.1 with

AA series issued by Vietnamese agencies and organizations until December 31,

2020. Thus, exporters from Vietnam with C/O form EUR.1 with AA series issued

before January 1, 2021 are still accepted in the EU, even though such shipments

are imported into the EU after January 01, 2021.

From 01/01/2021, agencies and organizations authorized by the Ministry of

Industry and Trade will issue C/O form EUR.1 with AB series.
