GDC received the official letter No 454-1963/BEHN CN dated 19/11/2020 from Behn

Meyer Company inform about rejecting Statement of origin. About this issue, GDC

gave the opinion that:

Lack of information of Goods and Expiry Date of REX code on the website of the EU

competent authority is not basis to reject Statement of origin.

Base on Official letter No 7735 / TCHQ-GSQL dated December 8, 2020, GDC

confirmed Customs authority can not reject Statement of origin if can not find the

information of goods, information of exporter or Expiry Date of REX code.

Request the Customs Department of Hai Phong City to organize and guide customs

officers to check the origin of goods in accordance with the provisions of Circular

11/2020 / TT_BCT dated June 15, 2020 and Official Letter 6464 / TCHQ-GSQL
